As an SEO Specialist, you lead search strategy for B2B and growing-brand clients at an AI-first digital agency. You set technical roadmaps, content priorities, and ranking narratives. This full time position focuses exclusively on search, separate from paid media, across Canada, South Africa, or the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build technical SEO roadmaps for client websites
- Improve crawlability, indexation, speed, schema, and architecture
- Set keyword, on-page, and content priorities
- Report performance through GA4 and Search Console
- Explain ranking movement during client discussions

Requirements:

- Three or more years of hands-on SEO experience
- Experience running audits and implementing SEO fixes
- Fluency with Search Console, GA4, and Screaming Frog
- Experience using Ahrefs or Semrush
- Agency experience across multiple clients simultaneously
