You will direct calls, answer inquiries, manage resident help calls, process mail, and record significant events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer and direct switchboard calls courteously
- Respond to resident and visitor inquiries
- Operate pager and walkie-talkie systems during emergencies
- Manage resident emergency help calls and monitor responses

Requirements:

- Grade 12 or equivalent with secretarial or clerical certificate
