This mid-expert AV Engineer role requires five-plus years supporting audiovisual and conference room equipment. You will facilitate events, troubleshoot technology, and create polished content for WWT customers and executives. The work includes auditoriums, warehouses, hotels, and virtual settings, with some evening and weekend support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate live events and large customer-facing meetings
- Support voice, video, and presentation requirements across formats
- Troubleshoot auditorium, podcast, and conference room technology
- Create and maintain documentation for audiovisual processes
- Edit event videos with color, audio, lighting, and graphics

Requirements:

- Five-plus years supporting audiovisual and conference room equipment
- Experience with lighting, video switching, and LED walls
- Experience with podcasting, microphones, cameras, and virtual guests
- Knowledge of Cisco, Blackmagic Design ATEM, Crestron, and Biamp
- Ability to travel up to 10% and support executives
