Operate forklifts and RF scanners onsite in Balzac during weekday morning shifts, supporting order picking and material handling operations. Work in a clean, organized distribution warehouse.

This contract-to-hire Forklift Operator role supports shipping, receiving, inventory, and fulfillment. You will use warehouse management systems, load and unload trailers, and handle case and bulk picks. Equipment includes reach trucks, dockstockers, sit-down counterbalance forklifts, and power pallet jacks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Use RF scan guns for accurate order and bulk picking
- Operate reach trucks, dockstockers, forklifts, and power pallet jacks
- Load, unload, stage, and store products safely
- Support shipping, receiving, inventory, and put-away activities




- Maintain clean, organized, and secure warehouse areas

Requirements:

- At least one year operating reach forklifts
- Valid forklift and material handling equipment certification
- Warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, and order picking
- WMS and RF scanning experience for inventory operations
- Availability Monday to Friday for morning shifts
