As Eclipse Automation’s Software Design Co-op, Nuclear, you will report to the Electrical Engineering Manager. You will contribute to machine concepts, control software design, integration, process development, and installation. Your work will involve PLCs, PCs, robotics, motion controllers, vision systems, and lasers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with PLC and PC software design and development
- Debug and commission control systems at facilities and customer sites
- Select, test, and integrate controls hardware and software
- Test machine functionality and verify software completeness
- Document projects and provide customer technical guidance

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in an engineering degree, diploma, or equivalent
- Mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering specialization
- Post-secondary program requiring a co-op or work term
- Robust organization, prioritization, and minimal-supervision abilities
- Advanced Excel skills and excellent communication abilities
