As a Part Time Shift Leader, you will support store management with daily operations and oversee the Store Manager’s responsibilities when needed. The position requires retail experience, staff direction, inventory management, and policy compliance. You will also address customer service issues and support sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily store operations alongside store management
- Direct, guide, and instruct store associates
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues appropriately
- Oversee inventory processes and management during shifts
- Maintain health, safety, security, and store standards

Requirements:

- Valid SellSafe Certification
- At least two years of retail work experience
- High school and post-secondary training completion
- Ability to train, motivate, and lead staff
- Availability for nights, holidays, weekends, and different locations
