Reporting to the Manager, Food & Beverage, the Lead Server primarily serves casino guests while providing light supervision when managers are absent. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide full table service following established standards
- Clean, bus, and set tables throughout shifts
- Handle customer escalations, including meal voids or comps
- Assign sections to servers, bartenders, and hosts
- Complete opening, closing, and shift support duties

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven leadership skills and qualities
- Cash handling and point-of-sale experience required
- Micros knowledge and WHMIS training are assets
- Ability to obtain a Gaming License
