Support efficient freight operations at The Home Depot through merchandise receiving, powered lift equipment, and accurate product handling.

As a Receiving Associate, you will unload carriers, verify merchandise quantity and quality, and enter incoming information into store systems. You will follow receiving procedures, maintain organized staging areas, and support customers by identifying products, locations, and vendor information. The position requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and a willingness to learn established processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Unload inbound freight using designated powered lift equipment
- Compare shipping documents, labels, and purchase orders accurately
- Enter RGR and DGR information into store systems
- Stock merchandise, build promotions, and maintain organized overheads
- Approach customers and determine their project needs

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of receiving experience
- Ability to obtain powered lift equipment licensing
- Previous forklift experience considered an asset
- Ability to lift and move heavy, bulky items
