The Head Cashier supports the Front End Supervisor while engaging associates to follow GET behaviours. This position coaches, trains, schedules coverage, and provides first-level escalation for customer issues. It also supports checkout operations, cash collection, safety, and loss prevention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate GET behaviours and promote positive associate morale
- Maintain checkout coverage and manage backup cashiers
- Coach, train, and develop front-end and lot associates
- Operate cash machines and train cashiers accordingly
- Communicate leadership goals, priorities, and directions

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years retail or cash experience
- Minimum one year leading people
- Customer focus and effective communication skills
- Cash handling, leadership, and attention to detail
