About the chance

As a Client Advisor at RBC, you will support clients with everyday banking, help them use digital banking tools, and identify opportunities to meet their financial needs. You will contribute to client satisfaction and loyalty by providing service, advice, and referrals to RBC partners.

Responsibilities

- Engage with clients in the branch and community to understand their banking needs and identify sales and referral opportunities.
- Demonstrate digital banking tools and educate clients on available services.
- Assist clients with financial transactions and respond to client-initiated requests.
- Resolve and help prevent banking problems.
- Build relationships with partners to support referrals and business opportunities.





Qualifications

Required: Client-focused sales experience, problem-solving and relationship-building skills, digital literacy, flexibility, and availability during all business hours.

Preferred: Experience building client relationships in financial services or another service industry; Mutual Funds accreditation such as Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course.
