Public Outreach is hiring fundraisers for its Calgary team, with full-time and part-time schedules available. You will start conversations, explain humanitarian, environmental, human rights, and social justice campaigns, and inspire monthly donations. Paid training and ongoing coaching support development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Start conversations in public spaces and residential neighbourhoods
- Share information about significant nonprofit campaigns
- Explain how ongoing donations support nonprofit programs
- Inspire individuals to become monthly donors
- Work toward individual and team fundraising goals

Requirements:

- Commit to at least 21 hours weekly
- Work at least three full seven-hour shifts
- Stay motivated when people decline conversations
- Remain comfortable walking, standing, and climbing stairs
- Work outdoors in all safe weather conditions
