This janitorial position involves maintaining buildings, offices, carpets, and interior surfaces. You will collect garbage, restock bathroom supplies, monitor defects, and use cleaning tools and equipment. Work takes place across two buildings requiring movement between them.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sweep, mop, wash, and scrub interior floors and stairs
- Clean washrooms, restock supplies, and service dispensers daily
- Collect garbage, replace liners, and move waste containers
- Clean windows, glass, walls, sills, doors, and partitions
- Report clogged urinals, failed lights, and other defects

Requirements:

- Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to function cooperatively as part of a team
- Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment
- Own transportation required for the position
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and pass background check
