Otter Co-op is accepting applications for two Part time Liquor Store Associates. Reporting to the Liquor Store Manager, you will support retail store operations through customer service, register transactions, stocking, deliveries, and store organization. Serving it Right certification is required, while liquor retail experience and WSET 1 or higher are assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide courteous and efficient customer service to guests
- Process transactions, refunds, returns, and gift card activations
- Balance register drawers following company procedures
- Stock, face, and rotate products on shelves
- Receive, check, and put away deliveries

Requirements:

- Serving it Right certification is required
- Liquor retail experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills and teamwork
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Must be over 19 with open availability
