Provide person-centered care with Cogir Senior Living as a part time Unregulated Care Provider supporting retirement residence residents. Apply personal care skills under supervisory direction.

Reporting to the Health and Wellness Manager, this Unregulated Care Provider delivers direct resident care within knowledge and skill. The position requires adherence to care plans, regulatory standards, company policies, and medication management procedures. You will support residents and families while documenting care accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct personal care using a person-centered approach
- Administer medications and treatments with required documentation
- Assist ambulation, mobilization, transfers, and adaptive aids
- Observe and report resident condition changes to supervisors
- Support resident and family cognitive, social, and emotional needs

Requirements:

- Personal Support Worker or equivalent healthcare professional training
- Experience working with seniors in community health services
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
- Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and customer focus skills
- Ability to lift and transfer clients as necessary

Support Cogir residents through personal care, medication administration, documentation, and compassionate person-centered service under supervision.
