Outlier is seeking fluent English speakers to help train AI models through live conversations, image and video comparisons, and detailed written feedback.

This freelance, remote role offers flexible hours. You will rate outputs on naturalness, clarity, and adherence, and provide transparent English explanations of your judgments.

Compensation includes up to USD 18 per hour with incentive bonuses; a brief screening and onboarding may apply.
