Personal Support Workers provide personalized activities of daily living for residents across Cogir Senior Living residences. The work includes ambulatory support, personal hygiene, companionship, and nutritional support. You will build trusted relationships with residents, families, and teams through ongoing communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver personalized activities of daily living support
- Provide ambulatory support and personal hygiene assistance
- Offer companionship and nutritional support to residents
- Document completed tasks on an electronic health record
- Communicate changes in resident care needs to clinical leads

Requirements:

- Personal Support Worker certification or internationally educated nurse
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one
