Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team andassistcustomers in selecting the perfect spa or sauna for their needs. You willbe responsible foreducating customers, providing personalized recommendations, and closing sales whilemaintaininga high levelof customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Showcaseproducts,offer personalized consultations, and provide excellent customer service based on individual preferences.
- Drive sales by proactively engaging customers and following up on leads
- Negotiating with leads and using persuasion techniques to overcome objections
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including assisting with financing options
- Maintain positive working relationships with existing clients and actively work outbound to make relationships with new potential customers
- Stayup-to-datewith the latest industry trends, new products, and company promotions.

Qualification & Experience:

- Previoussales experience, preferably in outdoor products, home improvement, or luxury goods
- Knowledge of spas, saunas, or related outdoor products is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to overcome objections
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
