You'll fulfill prescriptions from Optometrists and guide customers through the frame selection process efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct pre-testing activities for patients
- Submit third-party benefit claims accurately
- Remake, adjust, and repair optical frames
- Follow up on outstanding customer orders
- Support Optometrists with patient consultations

Requirements:

- Valid provincial Optician license or certification
- Solid customer service and eye health knowledge
