Lead HYROX performance classes at GoodLife Fitness in Lower Sackville, using safe instruction and motivating leadership on a part time schedule.

As a Performance Coach, you will deliver GoodLife's Performance programming, including HYROX and other listed programs. You will create engaging experiences for participants while supporting Member engagement, retention strategies, and a safe, inclusive setting. Class preparation and administrative procedures are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver HYROX and other Performance Program classes safely
- Promote classes and programs to encourage Member engagement
- Review workout plans and scripting before classes
- Set up equipment and maintain studio cleanliness
- Complete scheduling, attendance, communications, and learning procedures

Requirements:

- Relevant fitness certification
- Previous experience in the Health and Fitness industry
- Current canfitpro Certification or equivalent
- Ability to follow class operating procedures
- Ability to attend Coach Meetings when possible
