This Sales Assistant supports Sunrise Senior Living’s Sales & Marketing team with occupancy and revenue goals. The role combines CRM lead tracking, appointment coordination, administrative documentation, and move-in support. You will help maintain accurate prospect information, prepare resident files, and coordinate communication across families, physicians, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate prospect information in the CRM lead tracking system
- Coordinate appointments, follow-up activities, and required sales reports
- Prepare resident administrative files under Sunrise and state requirements
- Manage paperwork, assessments, and agreement signing during move-ins
- Conduct resident orientation and review the Welcome Packet
