As a New Home Warranty Coordinator, you will support daily warranty operations and homeowner concerns. The work includes reviewing, entering, scheduling, and tracking service requests, averaging 500 tickets monthly. You will identify recurring issues, manage escalations, and coordinate resolution with homeowners, trades, and internal teams. This role requires residential construction or warranty experience, strong organization, and sound judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review, enter, schedule, and track approximately 500 monthly service tickets
- Manage complex homeowner concerns, escalations, and warranty service
- Coordinate resolutions with homeowners, trades, and internal teams
- Build trade relationships and monitor timely, quality warranty completion
- Schedule technicians and trades accurately while protecting customer experience

Requirements:

- Three or more years' residential construction or warranty experience
- Working knowledge of Outlook for scheduling
- Working knowledge of Alberta Recent Home Warranty
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
