Bilingual Sales and Customer Service Associate

Join Intact Financial's inbound call centre team in Vancouver and help customers choose and manage personal insurance products. The position includes mentoring and training, with a hybrid work model available after successful completion of training.

Compensation and schedule

Salary: $47,100–$57,500 per year, based on a 35-hour workweek. An annual bonus target of 5% is also offered.

Start date: January 29, 2027. The schedule is 35 hours per week, with five 8-hour shifts Monday to Saturday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Saturdays are required during the first year. During training, employees may be asked to work in office up to four days per week.
