Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Service Now Developer / Technical Lead (Reliability, 5 years) to design and support enterprise-scale Service Now solutions using IRM, HRSD, BCM, and Integration Hub
Join a Service Now Platform Team supporting enterprise-scale initiatives across multiple business domains within a public sector workplace. This role focuses on Service Now development, technical leadership, automated testing, integrations, and platform governance across IRM, BCM, HRSD, Legal Service Delivery, and custom applications. The position offers exposure to complex platform initiatives while working closely with architects, product owners, business analysts, and development teams.
Must Haves
7+ years in Service Now development supporting enterprise-scale Service Now platforms
Minimum 2 years supporting or implementing Service Now IRM
Experience with one or more of Business Continuity Management (BCM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Legal Service Delivery (LSD), Custom Service Now applications
Automated Test Framework (ATF) , code reviews , and supporting enterprise-scale Service Now platforms.

Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM
Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD
Service Now Micro-Certifications related to ATF, Platform Development, Flow Designer, or Integration Hub
Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)

French and English Bilingualism
Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and guidance to Service Now development teams
Review solution designs, technical approaches, and development practices
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
Design, develop, and maintain Service Now applications and platform capabilities
Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer automations, Script Includes, integrations, and custom applications
Design, implement, and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites
Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, and enterprise integration patterns
