As an Associate Manager on TUMI’s Retail team, you will create brand-aligned client experiences and build lasting relationships. You will support sales growth through outstanding service, coaching, visual standards, and client engagement. The role requires initiative, ethical conduct, and strong communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet individual and store sales goals and KPI metrics
- Coach associates through roleplay, feedback, and training
- Maintain client books, thank you cards, and event strategies
- Ensure visual guidelines and superior client experiences
- Manage timecards, training, policies, and assigned deadlines

Requirements:

- Strong sales and client experience, preferably luxury
- Proven success meeting sales goals and achieving KPIs
- Passion for TUMI, luxury, travel, fashion, and lifestyle
- Adaptable availability for nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays
- Ability to lift, push, move, stand, and use ladders
