Join our Inside Sales Team Now hiring a Scheduling and Sales Specialist (internally called an Inside Sales Specialist) to join our growing organization.

Position overview:

To succeed in this role, you will have a passion for delivering exceptional hearing health to HearCANADA's clients. You are sales-minded, with the ability to discuss product promotions and hearing care appointment options with a wide variety of clients across Canada. There is no cold calling required in this role,



so we expect our Inside Sales Specialists to utilize existing leads to grow our client base by depicting HearCANADA's clinics as their destination of choice for top-tier hearing care.

Key Position details:

- Permanent position: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

- Core hours: 11:00 am – 7:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday with some infrequent Saturday hours (approximately one or two per quarter) and some infrequent adjustment of hours to cover for colleagues (notice provided)

What we offer you:

- Compensation: $23.00- $25.00 per hour based on experience plus quarterly bonus entitlement
