Qualifications:

Hold a Diploma of College Studies in Early Childhood Education or a diploma or an attestation of studies recognized as equivalent by the competent authority.

1. 1. a standard first aid course of a minimum eight (8)-hour duration.
2. 2. a refresher course of a minimum six (6)-hour duration updating the skills acquired in the course mentioned in subparagraph

Other Requirements:

- Bilingual (English and French)
- Comfortable and strong understanding of best practices and approaches to work with students with diversified and special needs, would be an asset
- Robust Computer Skills (Microsoft Office and Excel)
- Testing required

- Strong communication skills with staff and parents
- Promotion of health and wellness (use of My Daycare is Physically Active).
- Knowledge of AVANT GARDE an asset
- Knowledge of entry of absences and substitutions in Payroll system (GRICS) an asset
- Knowledge of Trauma Informed Pedagogical Practices an asset
- Knowledge of zones of regulations and NVCI an asset.
