You should have completed a Personal Support Worker Diploma or Certificate Program and ideally possess experience in a healthcare setting. Your role will be crucial in assisting healthcare professionals while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Use proper body mechanics during patient transfers
• Collaborate with inter-skilled team
• Follow care plans and provide safe interactions
• Document patient/client activities as needed

Requirements:
• Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
• Completion of Personal Support Worker Diploma/Certificate
• Preferred registration with the Registry of Personal Support Workers
• One year of experience in patient care support
• Experience with geriatric and palliative populations
