Our client is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead the accounting function for a lean manufacturing operation. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting skilled who enjoys being involved in both the strategic and day-to-day aspects of finance, while serving as a key business partner to operations and leadership.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Controller will oversee financial reporting, month-end close, manufacturing costing, forecasting, compliance, and general accounting activities for the business.
This is a highly visible role that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing organization while gaining exposure to significant business initiatives and operational projects.
