We are currently seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our Mainline Fleet Service team in Regina.

The Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for the accurate, effective, and timely handling of all incoming and outgoing goods. This includes receiving stock orders, processing branch transfers, preparing customer shipments, coordinating courier pickups, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensuring safety and compliance with transportation regulations.

Receiving Duties

- Unload deliveries (skids and palletized product) into designated receiving areas using pallet jacks or other approved equipment.
- Inspect shipments for shortages, overages, or damage and record discrepancies on packing slips.
- Accurately verify received product.

Order Picking & Packing

- Pick daily stock transfers and sourced
