Shape the Future of Sales – Join Our Business Development Team.
We are looking for a motivated, results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting businesses across Canada, identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
This is an office-based position focused primarily on outbound B2B cold calling. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys speaking with business owners, building rapport over the phone, and working toward explicit performance goals.

What you will do:
Make approximately 250–300 outbound B2B calls per workday using an automated dialer.
