Lead capital renewal projects in Guelph with expertise in construction administration, contracts, and project budgeting. This permanent role is full time at the UGDSB Board Office. The Upper Grand District School Board seeks a Capital Renewal Project Lead for its Capital, Renewal, & Energy team. Reporting to the Capital and Renewal Projects Manager, you will manage projects from planning through close-out. The work includes energy initiatives, engineering studies, procurement, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage planning, budgeting, design, tendering, construction, and close-out
- Coordinate stakeholders and direct consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Monitor milestones, risks, progress, and mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with building, fire, and safety legislation
- Prepare and manage contracts, budgets, and project variances

Requirements:
- Post-secondary credential in architecture, engineering, or building technology
- Seven to ten years of project or contract administration experience
- Knowledge of institutional design requirements, codes, and due diligence
- Understanding of architectural, mechanical, and electrical building systems
