Key Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and support software developers
- Define architecture for crawling, ingestion, and matching systems
- Oversee Java services and distributed data pipelines

- Monitor reliability, performance, costs, and production incidents

Requirements:
- At least seven years of software development experience
- At least two years managing software development teams
- Solid Java or comparable type-safe language proficiency
- Distributed systems, cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD experience
