Lead fleet maintenance operations across North America with expertise in preventive maintenance, mechanical workshops, and compliance. This permanent role follows a Monday-to-Friday schedule. North America, a Canadian family-owned transportation group, seeks a Director, Fleet Maintenance for its growing operations. You will oversee tractors, trailers, workshops, maintenance strategies, budgets, and performance indicators. The position requires leadership across Canada, the United States, and Mexico. Key Responsibilities:

Improve preventive maintenance procedures for tractors and trailers Optimize mechanical workshops across Canadian, American, and Mexican locations Manage maintenance budgets and reduce cost per mile Ensure SAAQ, CVOR, NSC,



and US DOT/FMCSA compliance Lead teams, suppliers, repairs, and insurance claim follow-up Requirements:

Seven to ten years of related experience Experience managing operating budgets and maintenance costs Fleet maintenance software and solid Excel skills Bilingual English and French; Spanish is an asset Valid driver’s license, passport, and travel availability Bring fleet maintenance leadership, cost analysis, compliance knowledge, and operational discipline to North America’s transportation network.
