Lead enterprise planning and financial decision support as Director, Corporate FP&A;, based in the Greater Toronto Area with Vaco/Highspring’s client. This leadership role oversees Corporate FP&A; and supports Finance Business Partnering teams. You will guide forecasting, annual planning, strategic modelling, performance reporting, and investment allocation. The position requires 10-15+ years of progressive finance experience and solid analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities:
Own forecasting and annual business planning across the group Lead corporate target-setting and investment allocation processes Present forward-looking performance insights to senior management and the Board Oversee Adaptive Planning and long-term strategic forecast models Partner with Investor Relations on earnings and analyst materials Requirements:
