As Director of Channels & Alliances, you will own the partner portfolio across hyperscalers and VARs. Build quarterly plans, focus investment on productive relationships, and grow partner-sourced and partner-influenced bookings. Your work spans AWS, marketplace listings, private offers, regional contracting, Salesforce attribution, and cross-functional execution. Percona develops open source database software and services for MySQL, PostgreSQL, Valkey/Redis, MariaDB, and MongoDB. Key Responsibilities:

Built or rebuilt partner programs from scratch Driven measurable revenue through hyperscalers, SIs, and VARs Hands-on marketplace, private offer, co-sell, and partner network experience Defined partner attribution and reporting in Salesforce Understanding of open source models and cloud provider value Shape Percona’s global channels engine through partner strategy, hyperscaler execution, regional VAR growth, and measurable bookings.
