As a Senior Manager, Assurance – Private Equity, you will manage complex audits for portfolio companies across manufacturing, consumer products, and technology. The role combines technical guidance, project management, client relationship building, and leadership development. You will support quality delivery and the growth of BDO’s Private Equity audit practice. Key Responsibilities:

Manage audit portfolios for private equity-backed portfolio companies Lead complex year-end audits and review financial statements Resolve accounting, auditing, and reporting issues Plan engagements, assess risks, and manage resources Coach managers, senior associates, and staff Requirements:

CPA designation Eight or more years of assurance and audit experience Manager or Senior Manager public accounting experience Robust knowledge of IFRS and U.S. GAAP Private equity portfolio company auditing experience Bring assurance leadership, consolidation expertise, and trusted client relationship skills to BDO’s growing Private Equity practice.
