Stantec’s Energy team is seeking an Electrical Engineering Team Lead to manage a team of engineers, designers and subcontractors across Western Canada. You will lead technical design of substations, mentor junior staff, and support procurement, construction and commissioning for diverse utilities projects. The role emphasizes leadership, client communication, QA/QC adherence, and the ability to work in a hybrid office/field setting with occasional travel to sites in Western Canada.
