Advise the CIO while connecting business and IT leaders to improve public services. As Senior Manager, Artificial Intelligence, you will develop roadmaps, secure executive approval, and guide AI-enabled change across the City. The work includes Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI orchestration, enterprise architecture, and measurable operational advantages. Governance, security, privacy, and ethics remain integral throughout delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Develop enterprise AI strategies, roadmaps, and investment business cases Advise the CIO and Executive Leadership Team on AI Lead change management, AI literacy, and employee adoption Partner across business, IT, and Digital Enablement teams Establish governance, risk controls, and responsible AI practices Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline Globally recognized AI certification or certifications Three to five years in senior advisory or consulting roles Three to five years in AI, data strategy, or transformation Five to ten years engaging senior leadership at executive levels Lead Brampton’s AI direction by combining strategy, executive counsel, adoption, governance, and measurable public-service value.
