The role focuses on leading complex technical operations initiatives, technology transfer activities, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality manufacturing. Candidates should have 4–7 years in pharma engineering/operations, robust GMP knowledge, and the ability to drive program execution with minimal supervision. Domestic travel is required.
