This hybrid role requires four or more office days weekly. As Manager, Enterprise, you will lead client engagements for global organizations transforming for the AI era. You will advise executives on innovation opportunities, products, and customer experiences. Your work spans engagement leadership, executive workshops, capability design, and transformation roadmaps. Key Responsibilities:

Own relationships with C-suite and enterprise technology leaders Lead engagements from scoping through recommendations and roadmaps Direct multi-workstream delivery and review executive deliverables Design target-state capabilities and digital operating models Shape AI innovation strategies, workshops, and follow-on engagements Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualified experience Five to eight years in client-facing enterprise work Experience leading multi-workstream engagements and accountable outcomes Current perspective on AI, digital technology, and transformation Willingness to travel globally for client work Bring executive advisory, AI transformation, and engagement leadership expertise to BrainStation's global enterprise clients through hybrid collaboration.
