This full time Client Success Manager role supports a done-for-you Meta advertising and appointment-setting agency serving medspas and aesthetic wellness businesses. You will own post-sale client experience, connect clients with delivery teams, and help build the first dedicated Client Success function. The role includes client relationships rather than hands-on media buying. Key Responsibilities:

Lead onboarding, sales handoffs, expectations, goals, and success metrics Manage approximately 40 relationships through scheduled client check-ins Coordinate concerns across creative, media buying, and operations teams Identify at-risk accounts and support renewals and retention Build onboarding SOPs, playbooks, and portfolio health reporting Requirements:
