As Senior Manager, FP&A; & Operational Finance, you will partner with the Vice President, Finance. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, executive reporting, profitability analysis, and operational finance across multi-site manufacturing operations. Your work will support performance, profitability, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Lead management reporting and executive financial insights
- Partner with Operations and Sales on profitability improvement
- Oversee costing, variance analysis, inventory valuation, and accuracy
- Prepare capital plans, dashboards, presentations, and recommendations

Requirements:

- CPA designation and relevant accounting, finance, or business degree
- Ten or more years of progressive finance experience
- Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations
- Advanced financial modelling, Excel, ERP, and Power BI skills
- Team-oriented leadership and influence across organizational levels
