Drive organizational change management at T&T; by applying structured OCM frameworks, assessing readiness, and enabling leaders across initiatives. This hands-on role supports practical adoption.

Reporting to the HR Lead, the Manager works within Human Resources across business, people, process, and technology initiatives. You will partner with business leaders, HR partners, project teams, Learning & Development, and Communications. The work translates complex initiatives into practical employee and manager experiences while supporting sustained adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute integrated change activities with accountable leaders
- Apply OCM frameworks and tools to initiative needs
- Assess impacts, stakeholder groups, barriers, and organizational readiness
- Coach sponsors and people leaders to reinforce adoption
- Develop plans, communications, toolkits, sessions, and readiness activities

Requirements:

- Five or more years of relevant change-management experience
- Direct responsibility delivering change activities on meaningful initiatives
- Practical experience applying structured OCM frameworks and tools
- Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority
- Solid writing, facilitation, analytical, and presentation skills
