Support student development as a full time Occupational Therapist with Riverside School Board, applying sensory integration and rehabilitation expertise in schools.

This supernumerary position works within Complementary Services and reports to the Director of Complementary Services. You will consult with school teams, evaluate student development, and determine rehabilitation needs. Collaboration includes multidisciplinary teams, individual education plans, teachers, parents, and intervention partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide universal adaptation measures supporting classroom groups
- Evaluate motor, sensory, perceptual-cognitive, social, and daily living skills
- Develop occupational therapy treatment and intervention plans




- Review individual education plans and assess student progress
- Prepare therapy materials, reports, files, and recommendations

Requirements:

- Membership in the Ordre des ergothérapeutes du Québec
- School-setting experience within multidisciplinary teams is an asset
- Experience with severe student behaviour difficulties is an asset
- Experience with student sensory difficulties is an asset
- Excellent spoken and written French and English
