Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, this full time Operations role oversees warehouse activities and supports production flow. You will lead, train, and coordinate Shipper/Receivers and Material Handlers while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and safety. The position also manages materials, documentation, and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily warehouse activities and workflow
- Lead, train, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff
- Safely load and offload shipments using forklifts
- Verify incoming shipments and process materials in ERP systems
- Manage inventory, cycle counts, picklists, and parts picking

Requirements:

- Secondary School Diploma
- Five to seven years of shipping and receiving experience
- Two years of warehouse leadership experience
- RF scanner and ERP systems experience
- Counterbalance and Raymond Reach forklift certification
