The Manager, Finance leads CISWP’s financial operations and provides strategic guidance for sustainability, growth, and accountability. Reporting to the President and CEO, this full time position oversees budgets, forecasting, funding compliance, audits, controls, procurement, and daily financial management. The role requires balancing operational execution with long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and monitor operating and project budgets
- Provide forecasting, analysis, and planning recommendations
- Prepare reports for leadership, committees, and the Board
- Manage funding reporting and expenditure compliance




- Maintain financial controls and coordinate annual audits

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, commerce, or related discipline
- Seven to ten years of progressive finance experience
- Leadership experience in budgeting, reporting, audits, and controls
- Government funding, grants, or externally funded program experience
- QuickBooks Online, reporting tools, and Excel proficiency
