Lead resource deployment and workforce planning for EY’s Assurance teams in Toronto, using analytics, negotiation, and staffing judgment.

As a Supervising Associate, you will align qualified skills with engagement requirements and client needs. You will advise practice leadership on utilization, deployment, and headcount. The role also coaches Resource Management colleagues and champions consistent practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic staffing decisions with Partners and practice leaders
- Optimize deployment across Canadian markets through negotiated staffing solutions
- Resolve complex utilization, forecasting, and headcount issues
- Lead workforce planning, forecasting, and utilization tracking
- Coach Resource Management team members and oversee performance

Requirements:

- College or university education, or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum three years of related experience
- Fluency in French and English
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
