The Siroky Group Inc. seeks a Senior Business Analyst for its product development team. You will support a multi-year modernization initiative spanning campaign planning, inventory, pricing, mapping, contracts, workflow, integrations, and financial processes. This hands-on position translates business knowledge into requirements for UX, development, and QA.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead discovery sessions with business users and subject-matter experts
- Analyze current workflows and define improved future-state processes
- Document functional requirements, business rules, and dependencies
- Write user stories and meaningful acceptance criteria
- Maintain traceability between scope, requirements, and delivered functionality

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of Business Analysis or software product experience
