Lead practical regulatory oversight for ARAG Legal Solutions Inc. as a Compliance Manager supporting a hybrid Toronto-based P&C; insurance program.

Reporting to the Director, Legal and Compliance, you will support governance, monitoring, and regulatory guidance for a federally and provincially licensed insurer. The role focuses on maintaining compliance frameworks, translating OSFI expectations, and helping business teams meet applicable requirements. You will work across underwriting, claims, sales, HR, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain policies, standards, procedures, and internal controls
- Coordinate compliance risk assessments and monitoring plans
- Prepare metrics, dashboards, trends, and board reporting




- Monitor regulatory developments and coordinate implementation
- Support OSFI inquiries, reviews, and examination readiness

Requirements:

- University degree in a related field
- Five to seven years of P&C; insurance compliance experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of OSFI Guidelines
- Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Professional ethics, honesty, integrity, and sound judgement
