This Business Process Manager role suits an experienced manufacturing or construction operations skilled. You will analyze end-to-end processes, standardize workflows, and translate operational requirements into ERP functionality and data. The work spans continuous improvement, implementation, and operational adoption across Matix Lumber.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prioritize improvement opportunities across estimating, inventory, production, and customer service
- Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes using Lean Six Sigma
- Develop procedures, process maps, templates, and performance indicators
- Coordinate ERP configuration, implementation, testing, and optimization
- Facilitate workshops and training supporting change adoption

Requirements:

- Five or more years in process improvement or operational excellence
- Manufacturing or construction operations experience
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training or certification
- Hands-on ERP requirements, mapping, configuration, and implementation experience
- Post-secondary education or equivalent education and experience
